Most of my career has been extremely customer focused. In fact, I was nationally recognized for customer service while working at Bank of America Mortgage in 2007. Once the mortgage industry declined, I spent a few years bartending; a really interesting study in human behavior. I’ve also spent some time in the salon industry, which provided me the foundation to become part of Salon 23.
My relationship here has grown from being a client, to the weekend receptionist, and then to Salon Manager. I haven’t been here long, but the best moments for me come when I can fulfill a request that genuinely makes people happy.
